Muffins with Black Truffle Salami and Porcini

INGREDIENTS (for 10 muffins)
100 ml whole milk
3 eggs
100 ml olive oil
250 gr flour
6/7 gr baking powder
1 pinch of salt
150 gr. Marchisio Salami with Black Truffle
50 gr dried Porcini mushrooms

METHOD
Put the dried mushrooms in a bowl with some lukewarm water for about 30 minutes. Cut Marchisio Salami with Black Truffle in little dices and keep on a side. Pour in a bowl flour, salt and baking powder and mix. In another bowl stir eggs, milk and olive oil then add them to the dry ingredients and mix.

Take Porcini mushrooms out of the water, squeeze and chop. Add Porcini mushrooms and Marchisio Salami with Black Truffle to the dough and pour it in muffins moulds. Oven cook muffins at 180°C for 30 minutes.
